refund, we will comply.
6.2 Refund Policy
• All refund or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of
receiving your order.
• Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original
packaging, unless defective or damaged.
• To request a return or refund, contact Support@MyPetSupply.org
with your order number and clear photos (if applicable).
• We only replace or refund items that are defective, damaged, or
incorrect upon delivery.
6.3 Refund Method (Store Vouchers / Credit)
• Unless otherwise required by law or decided by us, refunds are
issued in the form of store vouchers or credit for use on
MyPetSupply.org.
• Store vouchers issued as refunds do not expire and may be
used at any time toward future purchases.
• Promotional vouchers, discount codes, and coupons (issued
through sales, giveaways, or campaigns) do have expiry dates, which will
be stated when issued.
• In cases required by law (e.g., EU withdrawal, Australian major
fault), we may issue a monetary refund to your original payment method
instead.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
6.4 Return Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless
required otherwise by law.
• Where consumer protection laws require us to bear return costs
(e.g., faulty or misdescribed goods), we will comply.
• Refunds or vouchers will be issued once the returned goods have
been received and inspected.
